After her victory, she was challenged by Kaiya Malano at a Bellicose at Muscle Gymnasium. This fight, which took place at KOTR7, was initially for the strawweight contender title, but changes occurred, and Sara had already fought for the title. Ultimately, she won the match by knockout in the fourth round, securing the championship title.
